Voice of Monarch Butterflies

I am thrilled to have been featured in an engaging anthology called Voice of Monarch Butterflies which brings together the work of ten different displaced poets who are originally from different countries, from Ganges to Nile (Iran, Egypt, Iraq, Afghanistan,  India & Bangladesh). Leaving My Shadow: A Tribute to Anna Akhmatova

Thrilled & honored to have my poem I won’t come home again selected for inclusion in a tribute anthology to Anna Akhmatova called Leaving My Shadow. My humble and deepest gratitude to the editor Trina Gaynon for letting me be a part of this anthology which will feature a ton of excellent work including poems & essays celebrating the power of Akhmatova’s  voice.

Of love & ensuing madness

Pleased to see my poem zebra crossing appearing in an awesome project of Rat’s Ass Review called Love & Ensuing Madness, an anthology of poems revolving around the broad theme of Love (May 20, 2016). Thanks to the editor Roderick Bates for including my work in this exciting collection of poetry. This project will run throughout 2016, and a printed anthology will be released at the close of the year.
